Indeed, the interview thrown insight into the crux of the problem i.e. downsizing. Very few studies were available as far as downsizing in India is concerned. This interview help me in finding solutions for companies operating in India where the downsizing has become order of the day. Meanwhile, I am also doing doctoral research work into this area. I would be thankful if similar kind of data is available for understanding the problem.
